Workforce Analysis
At the heart of our time-tested approach is a structured multi-level workforce assessment of costs and expectations for a company's hourly and/or salary workforce. The Plan
Based upon our workforce assessment, a presentation is prepared for c-level leadership that summarizes findings of workforce direct and indirect costs; benchmarks current performance; identifies areas where cost/value growth may be possible; and presents strategies for services that can improve critical outcomes and lower cost. There is no one strategy. But there are powerful ones that make meaningful differences in the lives of your employees and your company mission.
